Who is responsible?

Why we collect your information

We use your business contact details, organisation information, team activities, AI experience, session goals and preferences to review your registration, prepare a relevant introductory AI session and contact you to coordinate it. Optional phone numbers and notes are not required. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.

We process the registration information with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@donaulabs.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. The registration does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Access and service providers

Authorised Donau Labs staff can access registrations through a protected administration area. We use Hostinger for VPS hosting and email delivery. Internal email notifications contain a registration reference and a private administration link, rather than your questionnaire answers. Data is not made publicly available or sold.

How long we retain information

Our chosen retention period is six months after your session or inquiry concludes. We delete information earlier when consent is withdrawn or a valid deletion request is received, unless a commercial relationship or statutory retention obligation requires particular records to be kept. Any extended retention is documented and reviewed. Isolated recovery backups expire within 30 days; deleted records are not used for ordinary processing and must be removed again if a backup is restored.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information where applicable, and may object where processing is based on legitimate interests. Contact info@donaulabs.com to exercise your rights or withdraw consent. You can also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

Website security and cookies

We use essential security cookies to protect forms against forged requests and automated submissions. Administrator sign-in requires a session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or invasive analytics. Short-lived hashed email counters help limit repeated submissions and are removed after expiry. Our application does not store visitor IP addresses with registrations; infrastructure security logs may be processed to operate and protect the hosting service.
